By submitting a proposal, you agree that any data you enter, in particular personal data, has been lawfully collected and may be administered by «Informatik Stiftung Schweiz» or its contractors. The data you enter will be stored in Switzerland. In exceptional cases, the «Informatik Stiftung Schweiz» may be requested to disclose your data to the judicial or data protection authorities. In such a case, we would inform you, if permitted.
Personal data is collected for the purpose to administer the support of events or activities within the scope of the foundation.
Your data will only be requested and used for this purpose. If for any reason you want to revoke your consent, we will delete your data from the system.

The proposal may be shared with reviewers outside of the «Informatik Stiftung Schweiz».
How long we retain your data
If your proposal is not accepted (in full or in part), any associated data will be deleted two years after submission.
If your proposal is accepted (in full or in part), any associated data are kept as long as required to fund the the project (including any administrative, legal, or security requirements the foundation is obligated to apply with).
